So far, so good

The Christmas Season is starting to grow on me. Cold nights, crazy streets on a week day, rat packed malls and of course, parties here and there – with these happening, my self is definitely getting on to the Christmas spirit.

And now, I present you my schedule for the rest of this month. Ho ho ho! Things are quite hectic, yes!

I think you should know that I’m still at the office (yes at 2:30am) preparing for this exhibit tomorrow (and yeah, writing this blog, heh). We’re all excited! And you are ALL invited to go! Gaaah. Thinking of these events makes me tired already. But nah, it’s all good fun and parties like these only happen once a year. So why complain?

Anyway, I’ve got to go back to my cutting and installing of photos. It’s almost 2:45am and I need some sleep when I get home for the loooooong day ahead!

Tomorrow! Number Line Records Presents: Multo! Last Show in Manila

 

Three things:

 

1. Mount Analogue is playing and we’re playing a new song. (This one’s for sure now. We said we were going to play a new song in B-Side last night but was pressed for time. Haha.)

 

2. It’s Allan’s (aka Multo) last show here in Manila until we don’t know when. It’s a party for him and we should be there!

 

and 3. I can’t believe I’m in a line-up with Outerhope. It’s like a dream come true! I’ve been a fan of this duo since 2005 I think! Since Strangely Paired and Terno days! Just whoa. Also, friends will be there!

 

So I suppose it will be a good night? Oh yes, please. The past few days were awful and all I had was James Blake to comfort me.

Number Line

Attended the Number Line Records Launch last May 06 at saGuijo and definitely had a good time! There were so many people I knew there, the vibes were just awesome, the crowd was magnificent and most of all, the music was worth all the heat that was in saGuijo!

I arrived at around 8:30pm and saw Bobby giving out copies of the Number Line compilation cd… I said hello to a few people and decided to grab a drink first but when I went out again to ask for my copy, they already ran out. Too much for procrastination. But anyhoo, I’ve downloaded my copy here so at least! Yay for free music!

Here are some photos from the launch that I took. Most of them are portraits since I was able to manage with my dear 5omm. Lovely!

Mick and Mike Benedicto of Outerhope. Selena Salang of Slow Hello and Allan Panganib Lumba of Multo played with them, too.

Also, first 50 people to arrive will receive a limited edition of the Number Line Records compilation in physical copy featuring alternate covers by Bea Camacho, Mariano Ching, Dex Fernandez, Marcushiro Nada, and Tof Zapanta!

Definitely a great gig for a Friday night! I’ve always been a fan of these people. We we so excited! See you!
