For You
I’ve given up on you. It’s time you stop your games and do the same.
Good bye is enough, it’s only what we need.
Now Schedules
Someone I know is pretty busy at the moment; that someone is amazingly sleepy at 10pm, too.
Anyway, since that someone does not want to elaborate current and coming activities due to falling eyelids, say, she’d list them down instead.
August 27, Saturday: Work for Sonic Boom’s Shockwave 5th anniversary at The Fort Strip then Guada and Cathy’s birthday celebration.
Meet Urbandub's biggest fan at Sonic Boom's Shockwave! He was like this during their entire set... Until the venue closed.
August 28, Sunday: Pre-prod meeting for comeback band, Backride, music videos.
August 29, Monday: Fashion photo and video shoot with Ate Anya, Kuya Bigboy and Crystal.
The favorite meeting place in Alabang.
August 30, Tuesday: Meeting in Makati for Up Dharma Down’s documentary screening in October.
August 31, Wednesday: Fashion photo shoot with Che and Gen Cadiz and Diana Villavicencio.
September 1, Thursday: Work for Sonic Boom’s “Sounds Right” event in Eastwood Central Plaza.

September 2, Friday: Rest day, hopefully. Post-production day for all shoots I’ve done in the past two weeks. Most probably, jamming day for Mount Analogue, too.
September 3, Saturday: Divisoria day for Backride’s music video props, Anteroom Sessions gig at Moonleaf Tea Maginhawa Branch, and Karaoke night with high school friends.

Pretty tight schedule, huh? I’m just glad that someone had her ice cream fix today. Just made everything better!
Way better than comfort!
P.S.
A happy happy birthday to my Uncle Nonie today and to my Mama Rose tomorrow! I miss and love you both! Cheers from here to heaven!
Life After Death
“In the end, it’s these small things that you remember. The little imperfections that make them perfect for you.” – Funeral
Just had to quote this from an ad I’ve watched a few years ago. It will never fade, if you ask me.
Watch the commercial here.
Toughest place to be a bus driver?
Or in this case, a jeepney driver. Well the answer is – definitely here in the Philippines.
Here’s a 58 minute documentary by news channel, BBC, about a London bus driver, Josh West, who comes here in the Philippines for 10 days to interact with Manila jeepney driver Mang Rogelio and his family.
I was cynical at first since I thought that this documentary would only show the dirt, noise and poverty that is in Manila. But eventually, it showed reality.
I suggest you watch it. It may be long but it’s definitely worth it. It showed that cultures could actually meet and that being in another person’s shoe is not that easy – especially when there are trials to be faced.
Bunnies and Eggs
An hour to go and it’s Easter!
How was your holy week? Have you actually contemplated on the life and death of Christ?
This might not go for all of my friends since a part of them are not Catholics nor Christians. But I believe that this week, this week that we intend for our Lord, has a deep meaning that’s elusively hiding in all of us.
Whatever it might be, I hope it brings peace not only to you, but also for everyone else.
And me? I abstained myself from beef, pork, and rice the whole week. My was it difficult (especially that my Mom cooked Lechon Kawali last Wednesday and Kare-Kare tonight!! :p) but after all, I do think it is worth it. Not only for my body’s benefit but also for my soul.
An advance Happy Easter to you my friends! Go hug that bunny or search for that easter egg
